Reduce information loss
Organize field evidence and maintenance knowledge before it disappears into phones, messages, or memory.
Commercial Proposal · Confidential · May 2026 · V1.0
Prepared for Western Extrusions by JALM Industrial Solutions. Initial proposed area: Press 3 or a critical maintenance area selected by the client.
1. Executive Summary
JALM proposes a practical visual reference tool that documents assets, panels, valves, lockout points, procedures, evidence, field observations, pending items, and recommendations directly connected to their real physical location.
Organize field evidence and maintenance knowledge before it disappears into phones, messages, or memory.
Help maintenance, supervisors, operators, and contractors before, during, and after critical interventions.
Keep findings, pending work, recommendations, and closeout evidence tied to assets or areas.
Reduce dependency on one person by creating a reusable visual knowledge base.
2. About JALM Industrial Solutions
JALM Industrial Solutions helps industrial companies convert field evidence, technical knowledge, and operational documentation into clear, navigable systems for maintenance, planning, and decision-making.
3. Current Situation
Critical information depends on technicians, supervisors, operators, or contractors being available.
Evidence remains in phones, text messages, loose folders, or incomplete reports.
Access, risks, parts, tools, and isolation points may not be reviewed visually before work begins.
Teams repeat the same explanations for assets, valves, panels, sensors, or access paths.
Open items, recommendations, and unresolved issues can disappear between shutdowns.
Completed work, field findings, and closeout evidence are difficult to connect to the real location.
4. Proposed Solution
The selected area is captured in 360/3D and converted into a navigable reference. Critical assets and points can then be tagged, documented, reviewed, and connected to field evidence.
Navigable visual reference of the work area.
Panels, motors, pumps, valves, sensors, hoses, lockout points, and risk areas.
Name, location, photos, status, notes, recommendations, evidence, and documents.
Pending work, spare parts, recurring problems, unsafe conditions, and access limits.
Area summary, findings, risks, recommendations, and next steps.
5. Initial Pilot Approach
Press 3 or the critical maintenance area Western Extrusions determines as the priority.
Create a first functional version of the visual system to support maintenance, planning, asset review, and operational continuity.
6. Before · During · After Maintenance
Review asset location, access points, tools, spare parts, risks, area conditions, and client-provided/validated LOTO or isolation points.
Locate equipment, consult evidence, record observations, take additional photos, document limitations, and confirm pending items.
Preserve visual history, unresolved items, recommendations, closeout evidence, technician comments, and information for the next shutdown.
7. Benefits for Western Extrusions
Practical knowledge becomes visually documented and available to more people.
The team can review the area visually before starting the intervention.
Everyone can refer to the same visual point instead of relying only on verbal explanations.
Important assets become easier to locate, review, document, and train on.
8. Professional Package Deliverables
Navigable walkthrough of the selected area.
Identification of key assets inside the visual environment.
Assets selected by operational priority.
Basic/professional information by asset.
Photos and captures organized by area or asset.
Conditions, recommendations, and points to verify.
Summary, findings, recommendations, and next steps.
Private access to the initial visual system.
Review session to validate format and future expansion.
Reasonable adjustments within the approved scope.
9. Scope Limits
10. Commercial Options
Designed to validate the concept in a small area or limited section.
Recommended for Western Extrusions to demonstrate real operational value.
Designed for a broader initial implementation with more documentation depth.
11. Additional Services
12. Optional Monthly Support
New assets, new photos, new tags, and updated asset cards.
Maintenance of pending items, evidence, and recommendations.
Monthly reports, shutdown support, and evidence preparation.
Progressive expansion by area as Western approves additional scope.
Suggested range: $1,500 to $4,500 per month depending on support level.
13. Payment Structure
$6,250 to begin planning, preparation, capture, and setup.
$3,125 upon beta delivery or functional review version.
$3,125 before final delivery and package activation.
14. Estimated Timeline
15-17. Responsibilities, Security, and Technical Clarification
Provide safe access, authorization for visual capture, a designated review contact, priority asset list if available, confidentiality restrictions, internal photo/documentation rules, available technical information, and validation of critical procedures before they are considered official.
JALM will treat visual, technical, and operational information as confidential. Access will be provided through a private link or another method agreed with the client. Sanitized versions can be created when needed.
JALM provides visual documentation, technical organization, field evidence, and operational support reports. The service does not replace stamped engineering, official inspections, approved safety procedures, authorized personnel validation, or final compliance responsibility by the client.
18. Commercial Recommendation
This option provides enough depth to demonstrate real operational value without requiring Western to commit to a full plant-wide implementation at the beginning. After the pilot is approved and reviewed, expansion can be quoted by line, area, department, or monthly support program.
